Please pray for
our Nation, our President, members of the Senate, the House
of Representatives , our Governers, Mayors, and anyone else
in leadership of this great country as well as all world leaders.
Prayer changes things!! Hooah!!
Whether we agree
with those in office or not, we are commanded to pray for
them.
Those who are in
office are there because God put them there. The Bible says
"all power and authority is ordained by God". (And
we thougtht we voted them in!!)
As usual, please
do not forget to pray for those who are in the United States
Military around the world who are protecting our freedoms,
especially those who are in the Persian Gulf.
*As of November
of 2005 the heroes of the 278th RCT (Tennessee National Guard)
are home after performing their best for our country. We thank
God for their safe return and I know their families are overcome
with joy to have them home. Praise the Lord!!!
** On a sad note,
13 members of the 278th gave their lives for our country during
this deployment and we ask that you remember the families
and loved ones of these fallen heroes in your prayers.
Please pray for Danny Shatswell's brothers:
Lloyd Shatswell --presently in remission from prostate cancer, marriage problems
Doyle Shatswell--needs salvation, and has alcohol addiction.
Bill Shatswell--prostate cancer
Farrell Shatswell--heart problems
Cecil Shatswell--severe back problems
Ken Shatswell--PTSD from Viet Nam, he served from 1967-1968 during the Tet Offensive and is a Purple Heart Recipient. He is also having some possible lung problems.
